DLM Holdings Teams up with Packers for Lambeau Field Suite Renovation Project
DLM Holdings, a national architectural millwork company, recently completed the first phase of renovations of the suites at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The renovations included, beautiful wood cabinets, quartz counter tops and induction warming and cooling plates, which aim to elevate the suite owners’ gameday experience. Phase 2 of the Lambeau Field remodeling project is scheduled to take place at the end of the 2016 football season.
John Murphy, Project Executive with Miron Construction Company Inc. stated, ”When we bid out the millwork for the luxury boxes at Lambeau Field, we were looking for high-end finishing and fast turn-around, two things that usually don’t go together. DLM exceeded expectations by doubling production output and improving the project with significant design enhancements”.
The Lambeau Field project is an example of the exceptional growth that DLM Holdings has experienced in the past two years since acquiring the assets of the former DeLeers Millwork operation in Green Bay. With a focus on “Starting with Trust and Finishing with Excellence”, the company has increased its workforce by 20% and is showing no signs of slowing down. Continued market expansion in the Midwest, along with the opening of new sales offices in New York City and Washington DC, has allowed the architectural millwork company to add more high-profile clients and new automated equipment including a new 3 axis 5’ x 12’ CNC Router.
In addition to the arena of national sports teams, DLM also specializes in supplying high-end premium millwork packages for hotels, hospitals, condominiums, and higher education facilities.
DLM Architectural Millwork & Custom Wood Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of their newest CNC Router. The Biesse Rover B 1536G FT with Sweep Arm is a 3 Axis milling machine with a 5’ x 8’ bed. Additional features include an 8 position revolving tool changer, outfeed belt conveyor and an at-spindle dust collection system. A Jib Crane with Vacuum Lift was also added to the work center for improved material handling. It was installed in April and commissioned this past May. As DLM continues to expand, they remain committed to purchasing and maintaining the most state-of-the-art equipment available. This not only ensures maximum performance, quality and efficiency, but it also allows DLM to provide the best service to their growing customer base. This new CNC represents an investment of over a quarter million dollars.
