Jay Tomcheck – President
Jay is responsible for all financial functions within the corporation while overseeing the approval and processing of revenue, expenditures and financial operating systems. He also provides oversight to the pricing, legal and information technology areas of the business. Previously, Jay was the President and Chief Financial Officer for WS Packaging Group, Inc. He currently resides in De Pere, Wisconsin with his wife Barbara and two children Lauren and Kristin where he enjoys year round outdoor sports and recreation.
Mark Baker – Chief Operating Officer
Mark has 14 years of experience with DLM Holdings where he has moved from estimating and manufacturing to management. As COO of DLM Holdings, the emphasis will be on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, team building and growing the value proposition. Previous to his time in the woodworking industry, Mark worked in the steel tubing industry as a Materials and Special Projects Manager. Mark enjoys working on classic cars and spending time at his cottage in Northern Wisconsin.
Dan Howell – Regional Sales Representative – New York
Dan joined the DLM team in October 2017. He brings over 20 years of experience in the architectural millwork industry to the team. Dan started his career as a teenager. Over the years he worked his way from an apprentice benchman to a lead mechanic, machinist and CNC programmer. As a project manager he has worked on many high end architectural woodwork projects for some of the largest general contractors in the NY Metro Region. His vast experience includes corporate interiors, high end residential, institutional, educational, laboratory, stadium, performing arts facilities, museums, airports, and healthcare work in almost every major area hospital. Dan strives to maintain positive relationships with the various general contractors, architects, and material suppliers he has worked with throughout the years and to build new ones with prospective clients he feels would benefit from the services DLM can provide.
Don Kneisler – Lead Estimator
With over 36 years in the architectural millwork industry, he is highly skilled and well respected by his industry peers. Utilizing computerized software to generate accurate bids and proposals is his specialty. Don enjoys spending his off time with family and his local church group.
Vic Corpus – Drafting Coordinator
Vic is responsible for providing accurate and timely shop drawings to our customers and our manufacturing team. Training new employees in the latest drafting software and machine programming is his specialty. He has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has a degree in Architectural Design. Retired from coaching Little League, you will now find him golfing when he is out of the office.
Matt Van Buren – Plant Manager
With over 24 years in the Millwork Industry, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment for our employees, as well as concentrating on lean manufacturing principles to ensure quality products with on time deliveries. He has a degree in Wood Technology. When not at work, he enjoys snowmobiling, camping, fishing and long vacations with his wife.
Gary Langer – Director of Sales & Marketing
Gary joined DLM in the fall of 2015, coming from a background as a Senior VP of Sales and Engineering for Sintex Industries. He brings a disciplined approach to managing and coordinating the efforts of the Sales and Marketing Team. He is a Certified Composites Technician and a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Marinette County Association for Business and Industry. He lives in Northern Wisconsin with his wife and enjoys many of the recreational activities the area has to offer.
John Guecia – East Coast Business Development
John joined the DLM team in 2015. Throughout his 25 year career, he has built an impressive sales portfolio of corporate, residential, healthcare, retail, hospitality and institutional projects. John builds positive relationships with clients through communication and customer service. After obtaining a BS in Construction Management from Farmingdale State University, John worked in project management positions at several regional construction firms including JS McHugh, Nickerson Corporation and Patriot Construction. When John isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Natalie, and their two children Johnny and Ava.
Mark Bair – Regional Sales Representative
Mark joined the DLM team in July, 2016 as a Regional Sales Representative for the Mid-Atlantic states. He brings with him 20+ years of experience in the construction materials and architectural hardscape products market. His successful track record in sales, marketing and account management has provided him with an impressive contact list of satisfied clients. Mark’s career started as a co-owner of a successful Manufacturers’ Representative Firm where he was instrumental in the development, launch and growth of the company. He represented a number of quality manufacturers over the years while growing his customer base. He lives in Eldersburg, Maryland with his teenage daughter Annabella and beloved dog Jackson.
Kris Gerhartz – Controller
Although new to the DLM family, Kris has 30+ years of accounting experience in various capacities. At DLM she leads the Finance Department with an emphasis on team work, team success, and a focus on continuous improvement in accounting processes. Away from DLM, Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends at their cabin in Northern WI.
Teri Weber – Project Manager
Teri joined the DLM Team in July of 2017. She has a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the construction industry. Teri is extremely knowledgeable and creative in supporting the demanding requirements of her DLM customers. She lives in rural Wisconsin and enjoys motor-cycling, painting, and spending time with her family.
Scott Chistensen – Project Manager
Scott has been on board with DLM since 2016. His knowledge of DLM’s supply base is vital when scheduling projects and insuring that materials are readily available to support our customers aggressive timelines and quality requirements. Overseeing projects from the award phase through the installation phase is in his DNA. When he is not working, Scott loves to spend time with his family enjoying the various outdoor activities that abound that living in the Green Bay area provides. He is an avid Packers fan and an excellent Grill Master.
